Refund policy
Returns and Refunds
· We cannot issue refunds because our products are printed to order. Therefore it is important for all customers to select the correct phone model and the right design before placing an order.
· We can only offer replacements for products that are defective or damaged. Please submit your requests within 10 days of receiving your items to us via nzcoverstory@gmail.com and we will provide further instructions.
· We genuinely understand that mistakes happen, or you change your mind. We sincerely empathise with you. However, once the order is placed, our products are printed and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders.
· Gift cards are non-refundable.
· If you have any inquiries or concerns pertaining to returns, exchanges and refunds, please reach out to us at nzcoverstory@gmail.com. We care and wish to support you through the process with empathy.
· To check your iPhone model:
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap About.
3. At the top of the screen, you will see the name of your phone, and
the model name.
4. Older iPhone models have the model etched on the back in tiny text.
5. Camera cut-outs are different within the same series, e.g. an iPhone
Pro is different to an iPhone Max, or iPhone Plus.
· To check your Samsung phone model:
1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap About Phone.
3. Look for:
· Model name, e.g. Galaxy S23 Ultra.
· Model number.
4. For covers, the model name is what matters.
5. On many Samsung phones, the model is printed on the back of the
phone, near the bottom.
6. Note even models from the same year have different camera cut-
outs so it is important the model is correct before ordering a cover.
· To check other phone models, please follow the instructions through
Settings (best and easiest).
